What are your payment terms?

For new clients or project work: 50% deposit in advance or 2.5 hours / week (whichever is higher).

Payment within 7 days of receipt of invoice.

Via Bank transfer to business account.

Is there a minimum amount of hours that I have to purchase?

For new clients I advise to start with 2.5 hours per week so that we can both determine at the end of the week if you require more or less hours going forward.
Existing clients can purchase a minimum of 1 hour.

What if my requirements change?

We will have regular reviews to confirm that your requirements/package is working for you and your business.

What happens if you don’t need the full hours that I have paid for to complete the work?

If I have not used the full amount of hours that you have paid for, you will be refunded, or at my discretion you will be able to carry over unused hours to the following month (in multiples of 30 minutes).

Can I carry over unused hours to the following month?

At my discretion, a maximum of 2 hours can be carried over to the following month, but they must be used within the following month.

Are there fees for late payments?

Interest will be charged, in accordance to government guidelines, for every day a payment is late.
